I’d love to know what percentage of people bought this for the bird alone. I mean, the girl is cute but…seriously the bird is awesome.

Also, it was super fidgety getting the girl seated without her arms falling off…or her tail. I gave up on the tail eventually. The mic is cute also so that’s how I’m keeping it. ^__^

Probably no more posts of the actual girl there but no doubt I will be allowing more nendoroids a ride on Harlan.

So, in a bid to speed up my unboxing, I’ve decided to do two at once. Huzzah!

Anyway, this time we have the nendoroid and figma of Kaname Madoka wearing her school uniform. 

I’m also trying out wrapping paper as a background. I haven’t quite figured out the best way to photograph it yet though. Hmmm.

Soooo cuuuuute. I think she is the cutest nendoroid so far!! 

Quite cute in figma form also…

Both girls come with 3 faces in all, a kyubey and a schoolbag plus various hands/arms for handling them. They both have a happy face, crying face and sad/worried face. 

Straight out of the box, sad nendo, happy figma. The colour of their hair is actually so much nicer in person.

Also, nendo Madoka holds Kyubey whilst figma Madoka has him perched on her shoulder.

I accidentally pulled the twin tails off and discovered she actually looks really nice this way. Tempted to keep her like this…

So I’ve never watched Moshidora but I can still tell that this is a pretty cute nendoroid.

So there she is. Two extra faces, a baseball bat, a book on management, and a school bag. Nice!

I probably should have ironed that sheet first. ;^__^

Anyway as suspected, very cute out of the box.

This is how the stand holds her up. She has a hole in her back. 

A rather threatening look there. The bottom of the bat comes off and you slide the bat through her hand. 

 

There she has her book and her bag. The reason her bag looks wonky is because I put it in the wrong hand and what you see here is somewhat forced. :S

Ahh she has a ponytail! You can move it around and stuff. I’m sad none of the other pictures have it visible. It’s very nice. Also crying face. 

This is the pop up studio I mentioned. I have no idea what I’m doing really but it’s fun. It came with two lamps (which get very hot, I constantly checked Minami to make sure she wasn’t heating up.

So, hopefully I will get to unboxing a few more figures soon.

These are nendoroid petit! I have no idea why there aren’t regular sized Mato and Yomi nendoroids but these are quite sweet regardless.

Petits don’t really come with a lot of extras so the fact that this one has anything is a bit surprising. It’s a roadside barrier…or something.

In the back of the packaging you can see the…er…road?

There’s also two holes, one for each petit. You can either stand them in these or they have individual stands. 

I used the individual stands. I found it was awkward to get them both in the base. Also, Mato’s arm kept popping off because of her bag. It was quite frustrating.

All the same, they are very nice and I’m happy to finally have them. <3

Next - Chances are a figma, could be Strength (BRS) or a Code Geass one…or of course one of the remaining Haruhi figmas. ;^__^

Might take a little break first though. 

It’s another Haruhi! You can always use another Haruhi right?

You get another Haruhi expression, a Yuki expression, a schoolbag, a sleeping bag and some bed hair.

I love Haruhi in long hair. I love Haruhi in this uniform. I love this Haruhi.

It would be weird if Haruhi made faces like this.

It’s a sleeping Haruhi! Even asleep she looks…dangerous.

Heh. You can make her kneel within the sleeping bag to do silly things like this. Ahahaha. It amuses me. You can see her bed hair better here. Slightly messier than usual.

Next - A break from the figmas (I need to unbox a few). We’ll have some BRS petites instead. 

This could be my favourite Mikuru so far. 

Already you can see there’s something special about this figma…

Mikuru the battle waitress comes with another facial expression and two guns. Oh and a reindeer head for Kyon. 

You have to admit, this outfit really does suit Mikuru.

And that’s the end of the Mikuru figma…well…almost…

Haha. This is by far the funniest thing I’ve received with a figma. It’s a really tall attachment. You can actually take that face out of the reindeer and use it as a regular face with Kyon if you like. It’s a fun addition to Kyon. Why didn’t they just give it to us along with Kyon in the first place? Odd.

Next - Disappearance Haruhi figma (are you sick of these yet?)

I don’t know how to explain this.

This is quite a common scene in the clubroom I imagine.

This is cheerleader Mikuru/Haruhi with regular Mikuru/Haruhi’s faces put in. I’d be afraid with Haruhi pitching too.

It wasn’t till after I uploaded this picture that I realised the positioning of Kyon’s right hand. It could explain the situation.

The SOS-dan all together! I wonder why Mikuru has a different colour of shoes to everyone else. hmmm.
